We can boast a fleet of more than‭ ‬30,000‭ vehicles,‭ not including those providing logistical support and roadside assistance,‭ 70%‭ of which is renewed annually,‭ with an average age of‭ ‬10‭ months being maintained in vehicles offered to our customers.‭ Likewise,‭ the range of vehicles includes,‭ practically every type available on the market,‭ from the most economical utility vehicle,‭ through to family-sized multi-purpose vehicles,‭ and even top-of-the-range models.

Goldcar does not work‭ ‬exclusively‭ ‬with any make and is a client of the majority of the main vehicle manufacturers in the European market.

The specific features of our business model are the following:

• A wide range of models,‭ with a low mileage at very competitive prices.
• A network of representatives‭ ‬for customer outreach both in and out of Spain.
• A considerable volume of business through the booking on-line channel.
• A‭ ‬‘full-empty‭’ fuel policy whereby the vehicle‭ ‬is handed over with a full tank,‭ which the customer pays for on vehicle collection.‭ This way it can be returned without having to refuel or stop off at a petrol station.

In our commitment to technology,‭ Goldcar Rental has‭ ‬incorporated a system known as‭ ‬“Infoparking”,‭ allowing an exhaustive control of the vehicles in use and knowing which are available,‭ as well as the management of all‭ ‬cars at each and every office,‭ base and delegation.‭ Along the same lines,‭ one of the main reasons of our success is the automated booking system,‭ which significantly allows the process from anywhere in the world to be quick and easy.

On the other hand,‭ the overall management platform of Goldcar Rental is constantly updated with new technological improvements‭; among the latest, the most significant are: web platform‭ (Internet and Intranet‭), digital signature, SOS service and attention for emergencies,‭ telephone and on-line customer service,‭ and the automated booking management system.
